I am an Energy Healer and Yoga Teacher. I believe our bodies will tell us what they need if you just listen. I have a B.S. in Alternative Medicine from Everglades University in Boca Raton. My emphasis was in nutrition. I studied Transformational Energy Healing at Northwestern Connecticut Community College Center for Holistic Studies I studied with Shana Marie Stitzel for Yoga Alliance RYT 200 yoga teacher certification. My intention is to help you balance your body, mind and spirit to help you live your truest life imaginable.
